OVERview:
As an in-person presenter, not only will you present your file live during the conference but you will also submit your presentation ahead of time for file processing needed for kiosk setup.
* Please take note: Anyone who is presenting live WILL NOT be featured on the poster gallery.

Poster Session Schedule
Schedules will be sent out to you once it has been finalized.
The schedule is as follows:
Thursday, 1/12/2025: 1:30 – 3:00 pm; 3:15 – 4:45 pm
Friday, 1/13/2025: 8:00 – 9:30 am; 9:45 – 11:15 am; 2:00 – 3:30 pm; 3:45 pm – 5:15 pm; 5:30 -7:00 pm
Saturday, 1/14/2025: 8:00 – 9:30 am; 9:45 – 11:15 am; 4:00- 5:30 pm
Sunday, 1/15/2025: 8:00 – 9:30 am; 9:45 – 11:15 am; 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Presentation Format
We encourage using one of the templates provided to ensure the best fit and visibility on our ePoster screens. While using a template is optional, you must follow the guidelines listed in order to display properly on screen.
Presenters can submit their presentation as a PowerPoint (.PPTX) or .PDF file. The presentation will be converted to PDF for inclusion in the online Poster Gallery. Animations will not be visible.
For purposes of presenting in-person at the conference, presenters may incorporate interactive elements such as hyperlinked buttons, animations, short videos, or GIFs. However, these interactive elements will not translate to the online Poster Gallery. Your submitted presentation should be entirely legible if printed (reading should not be animation-dependent).
Because in-person attendees have the opportunity to present live, video presentations will not be accepted. Short videos can still be included in the live presentation, although the Poster Gallery will display a PDF version of your poster.

ENSURE YOUR POSTER IS FORMATTED TO 40.97 X 23.04 IN
CLICK “SET UP SLIDE SHOW” THEN SELECT “LOOP CONTINUOUSLY”
SAVE SLIDES AS .PPTX OR .PDF
MAKE SURE FONTS ARE READABLE—
SPLIT CONTENT ONTO MULTIPLE SLIDES IF NEEDED
