WHAT IS AN EPOSTERBOARD?
ePosterBoards are the future of poster presentations! One board consists of a large format, 48-inch flat panel monitor, a stand, a touchscreen Surface tablet, and assorted cables.
Formatting Guidelines

Formatting Guidelines
1. Choose an ePoster Template:
ePoster Session Details/Agenda
Date/Time: March 2-5, 2025
Venue: TBA
Check In: 30 minutes before your assigned session
Presentation time: 10 minutes. Please make sure to note when your time slot is for your 10 minute presentation. You will be presenting your static(.ppt or .pptx) ePoster file that will have to be submitted by February 5, 2025 11:59PM ET.
Online Poster Gallery: After the event, your static poster file will be posted on the online poster gallery. ePoster Presenters also have the option to submit a 5-7 minute video recording(.mp4 file) in lieu of their static poster file on the Online Poster Gallery. If you choose to upload a video for the online poster gallery it is due with your static poster file by February 5, 2025 11:59PM ET.

2. Follow Formatting Guidelines to ensure your ePoster meets the following requirements:
Submit your File:
1) Your Static Poster, which will be presented live on the day of the event and also posted on the online gallery after the event.
2) And if desired, a poster recording video [5-7 minutes] as a video file(.mp4) which will be posted on the online gallery after the event.
3. Ready to Submit?
ePosters are due by: February 5, 2025 11:59PM ET

Find ePoster Assignment/Session Schedule
Click on the black button to an interactive poster assignment sheet. Note the login days and times.
Check in at your assigned date/time
Check-in at the ePosterBoards Technical Support Help Desk 30 minutes before your ePoster session.
Remember to submit your ePoster prior to the event by the February 5th, 2025 11:59PM ET.
Bring a backup of your ePoster on a thumb drive.
Test your ePoster at your assigned station, if you are having difficulties, please let us know so we can help.
